How To Transfer Data On Your Etisalat (9Mobile ), the 9mobile network offers their subscribers the opportunity to share data with loved ones on moreblaze. This allows you to give data to loved ones with moreblaze family plan, transfer part of your data bundle with the data balance transfer feature, use your airtime to buy a data plan for someone else with data gifting, just one data plan covers up to four devices with multi-device plan.To be able to transfer MB on Etisalat network, it doesn’t necessarily need you to migrate from the current tariff which you are on, but you will choose any of the method available below.

This allow you to send some data to a friend, As long as you have at least 100MB of data, you can make a one-off data transfer from your bundle. you can send between 10MB and 50MB in each transaction, up to five times limit a day. it works in exactly the same way as an airtime transfer.

multi-device plan

If you use the internet on more than one device then 9mobile’s multi-device plan is just what you need. with a single plan on your smartphone, you can connect four more devices. You will need to rely on wifi hotspots which consume battery life. with multi-device you can also buy larger data plans – so you get more data for your money.

Data transfer
To transfer data, dial:

*229*recipient*Amount Of MB then followed by # e.g *229*08083253341*50# OR *229*recipient*Amount Of MB*pin# eg.*229*08083253341*50*pin#.  Default Security Pin is=0000 After doing this, the total MB you specified will be transferred to the number you entered.

Multi-device plan
Your main smartphone should be your primary device and is used to set up other secondary devices. If you normally subscribe to a 9mobile blackberry plan, we advise keeping your primary sim in your blackberry phone because data sharing won’t work.
To complete the process, you’ll need new, non-activated sims (which must be data SIMs). make sure you make a note of your PUC (personal unlocking code) from the SIM card frame.

To opt in:

• dial: *215*pin*1*newnumber*newpuk#
• SMS: send “add new number,1,PIN,new PUK” to 215
• for subsequent SIM, replace ‘1’ with ‘2’, ‘3’ or ‘4’
• the PIN is the personal security code of the main (primary) SIM. default PIN is 0000
• you make a note of your PUK (personal unlocking code) from the SIM card frame.(secondary SIM)
