30 Steps to apply for Nigerian Fire Service MSC/BSC Holders

In a previous post, there was a post notifying ND/HND/BSC and MSC Holders to apply for the the Nigerian Fire Service. Due to some complaint by some users on issue faced during the registration process. We have decided to come up with a step by step guide of how we were able to successfully apply for applicants. Sit back and relax! Here are the step by step procedures below of how to successfully apply for the Nigerian Fire Service. Please, pay attention to some subtle details inorder not to miss out any step.

How to apply for Nigerian Fire Service STEP BY STEP Procedures

Note: This procedure is for only BSC/MSC Holders.

30 Steps to apply for Nigerian Fire Service MSC/BSC Holders

  1. Go to the URL: cdfipb.careers or https://cdfipb.careers/
  2. Register for a new user account using your Name, Working Email Address and Password
  3. Login into your email
  4. Check inbox for a new link from Nigerian Fire Service. If no link, check SPAM FOLDER in your email.
  5. Click on the link to confirm your email
  6. Now enter the password you want to use in the new page
  7. Enter PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. FIRST NAME
    2. LAST NAME
    3. OTHER NAMES
    4. DATE OF BIRTH
    5. HEIGHT
  8. Save info and continue
  9. Under Available Job Tab. Choose Agency. Which is Fire Service
    1. AGENCY: FEDERAL FIRE SERVICE
    2. POSITION: SUPERINTENDENT OF FIRE I(MSC HOLDERS), ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF FIRE II (BSC HOLDERS)
    3. STATE OF ORIGIN
    4. LGA
  10. Click Save and Continue button when done.
  11. Fill Primary School Details under PRIMARY/SECONDARY EDUCATION TAB.
    1. Name of Primary School
    2. Qualification obtained: Primary School Leaving Certificate
    3. Start Date
    4. End Date
    5. Click on submit tab
  12. Fill Secondary School Details in the same tab using the Add school fields.
    1. Name of Secondary School
    2. Qualification obtained: SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB etc.
    3. Start Date
    4. End Date
    5. Click on submit tab to save the info.
  13. Go to EXAM RESULTS tab to fill up your Secondary school Grades in each subjects.
  14. Click on Add Results button to add your WAEC/NECO/NABTEB etc Grades.
  15. When done click on Save to continue.
  16. Go under the TERTIARY EDUCATION section to fill up Institution Details.
    1. Select Type of Institution
    2. Name of School
    3. Course of Study
    4. Qualification : BSC, BTECH, BED, MSC, MED, PHD.
    5. Choose Grade: First Class, Second Class Upper, Second Class Lower, Third Class, Pass.
    6. Start Date
    7. End Date
  17. Click on Save Institution to continue.
  18. Go to PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE tab and Fill up details (Optional if you have)
    1. Name of Certificate
    2. The awarding Institution
    3. Graduation Date
  19. Click on Submit to save.
  20. Goto  PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH tab to upload your photo
  21. Resize the kb size of your photo to 1okb or less. Use this TUTORIAL IN THIS POST to resize your passport to 10kb or less.
  22. Have upload. Click on Submit tab to save.
  23. Next, click on SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION to submit.
  24. Review all the details you have filled to check if there is error.
  25. If you make any error. Simply go to the listed tabs, choose the affected one by clicking on it. The edit and re-edit the info once more.
  26. When you are sure everything is intact, Choose any of the options in “Will you like to work in another agency”. Select either Yes or No. In my case I chose NO.
  27. Click on the SUBMIT APPLICATION button to finish the registration process.
  28. Click on your Referee Form from the referee button form to print out.
  29. Click on the Print Acknowledgement form to print it.
  30. Voila All done! Sit back and wait when you are invited for the screening exercise.
